Meet the team
Cary Russell helped form and create BRPS Title in 2014. In January of 2020, Cary, along with his business partner Jason Klam, purchased BRPS Title from its parent companies. His duties include the day-to-day operations of all services and the development of strategies for the title company in the US market. A graduate of Lamar University, Cary has spent 16 years in the title industry working in every aspect which allows him to have a true understanding of the customer needs.
During his off time, Cary enjoys coaching baseball and softball for his children’s teams. Cary and his wife Holly enjoy traveling and spending family time with their children, Lew and Malley. Cary is also an avid bourbon collector and a member of several groups that focus on charitable contributions through the bourbon community.
Jason Klam joined BRPS Title in 2017 after serving 20 years in Executive Management within the title industry. A Lamar University graduate, Jason prides himself on system improvements and developing processes that provide a great customer experience. In January of 2020, Jason, along with his business partner Cary Russell, purchased BRPS Title from its parent companies. As Chief Operating Officer, Jason is responsible for the systems, processes, and procedures of the day-to-day operation.
During his off time, Jason, and his wife Amberly enjoy coaching their Flag Football organization Texas Fury and watching their children Peyton and Ashlea perform in their many sports and extracurricular activities. Jason also serves on the High-Performance Sub-Committee for USA Football and is a coach for the 17u girls US National Flag Football team.
Jesse Soto
Owner & Chief Sales Officer
Jesse Soto joined BRPS Title in October, 2022 as a Business Development Representative. Jesse joined the BRPS Title leadership group as Owner & Chief Sales Officer in July, 2023. As CSO, Jesse will be responsible for creating and implementing sales initiatives across the Texas market. In his 12 years of being in the Title Industry, Jesse has been able to create lasting relationships with his customers and clients by providing unmatched value as a business partner. As a graduate of the University of Houston, Soto enjoys all things HTown including the different restaurants and entertainment venues this great city has to offer. As an ordained minister, Jesse has officiated many weddings for friends and family. Along with his wife Molly and children Teddy and Clara, Jesse enjoys traveling with his family and discovering more gems around Houston that he can share with the community.
